Ignite 2026

Every year League starts off the year with Ignite. An explosion of ideas, dreams, goals, and plans. For a few days in January, the company focuses collective energy on thinking big and unleashing plans for the year ahead.

For the brand design team this is a sprint to push out thousands of slides, multiple videos, on site collateral, and a suite of communications leading up to and following the event itself.

With Ignite upon us once again, we took this opportunity to strengthen our design systems, workflows and processes to make sure we stayed nimble and ready to react to an ever-changing flow of content, storytelling and presentation design right up to the last minute.
